How The Process Works

01 Start the Conversation

Tell us about your bathroom, where the project is and what you are hoping to change. You do not need to have everything worked out yet. If you are still figuring out layout, style, budget or timing, that is fine.

02 Review the Space

We look at the bathroom in person and talk through what you want to do. This is where we check the space, access, layout, existing condition and any details that might affect the renovation.

03 Confirm the Scope

Once the bathroom has been reviewed, we prepare a quote and scope so the inclusions are clear before work begins. Tiles, tapware, vanity, shower screen, fittings and other selections are also worked through before the job starts, helping avoid confusion once the renovation is underway.

04 Plan the Renovation

The job is scheduled so the work can happen in the right order. Bathroom renovations have a proper sequence, and timing matters. Once scheduled, the existing bathroom is stripped out and prepared for the renovation.

05 Build, Waterproof and Tile

The required plumbing, electrical and building work happens at the right stage. This can include framing, sheeting, ventilation and other preparation before waterproofing and tiling. Waterproofing is completed at the appropriate stage, and a 6-year waterproofing certificate is supplied for bathroom renovation projects.

06 Finish and Handover

Tiles, fixtures, fittings, shower screens, mirrors, vanities and final details are installed. The finished bathroom is then checked and handed over. The goal is simple: a bathroom that is properly built, clearly managed and finished beautifully.
